With the arrival of Chef Bobby Dessauvagie, the former merchant navy training ship has been transformed into the “Pollux Pacific” restaurant, where the princely flavours of Indo-Asian Cuisine reign supreme.
The culinary variety is surprising and includes a medley of Indonesian classics, along with authentic dishes from Asian lands. The combination of traditional spices and Southeast Asian flavours transport you to an exotic eastern world.
Pollux Pacific is ideal for large(r) groups: gatherings of 15 to 200 people, for every occasion. An office party or a birthday; a meeting or a treat for your business contacts. The location, with its magnificent view over Amsterdam’s IJ, has abundant parking, and can be easily reached across the IJ from Amsterdam Central Station on the free NDSM ferry.
The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5 pm to 10 pm.
We look forward to welcoming you.
